Packed with fast energetic numbers, the soundtrack of director Ayan Mukerji's forthcoming movie "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" has nine tracks. High on energy and beats, it's an out and out fun and masti album. Though the inclination is towards vibrant and youthful compositions, it does have its share of emotional songs.

Based on the infamous 1992 gang encounters in Bombay, The film dramatizes the events leading up to Mumbai police's first-ever registered encounter where gangster Manya Surve was shot dead.
Let me also clarify, Shootout At Wadala is no ways any sequel to Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007) which was produced by Sanjay Gupta and Ekta Kapoor.

'I am as excited about Kaanchi as I was about Hero'
Filmmaker Subhash Ghai has shared his experience on shooting his upcoming film 'Kaanchi' and said he is equally excited about it as he was about his film 'Hero'.
Ghai said, "Last week while I was shooting for my film Kaanchi in Uttaranchal, I experienced one of the most magical moments of my life - the mystic mountains, mesmerising music, colourful dancers and a young crew. But what thrilled me the most was the performance of my heroine Mishti, who is playing the title role."
He said, "It reminded me how excited I was working with newcomers Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Sheshadri in Hero in the 80s."

Newcomer ALIA BHATT traversed many of India's biggest highways across Himachal, Punjab and Rajasthan while shooting for Imtiaz Ali's Highway. She tells Dinesh Raheja about gulping down atta soup, climbing a tree, getting hugged by locals and rediscovering India
When a film is titled Highway, you know travel is on the cards. We shot all over India, from Delhi to Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and even Rajasthan. The only time I have travelled within India earlier was during a school trip, and this shoot rekindled those memories.
